At the time while browsing on website, in case customer likes any products and wish to purchase in future they can add these products in their Wishlist. Wishlist is the best place to keep the products and remember that the products are not reserved or not added to cart.

Warranty : We at Dreamzz Furniture give 1 year warranty on all the products.

Below mentioned issues are covered under warranty :

  1. Only the frames and foam of all the products are covered under 1 year warranty. Fabric will not be covered under warranty.
  2. Only if the fabric is torn or the stiches have come out of the fabric will be covered under warranty.

How can a customer inform if there is issue in the product which is delivered?

Once the product is delivered to customer and if there is any issue in the product customer should inform Dreamzz Furniture within 72hrs from the time of delivery.
If the issue is not reported in this stipulated timeline of 72 hours then DREAMZZ Furniture is not responsible for any further liability towards the product.

Delivery Options?

  • You may also get a call from the Courier Company/ Logistics partner  confirming the tentative date and the time of delivery. However, as we do not have any direct control over the courier partners/ logistics partner , we cannot guarantee that they will act only in certain manner or will necessarily call before getting your order for delivery.

 

  • The delivery person will deliver the goods to your building premises  or wherever it is physically possible to deliver the goods.  For higher floors, we are not equipped to deliver the goods to your door step. You are requested to pay handling charges to the courier partners or  you can arrange labourers/ manpower to get the big products to the higher floor. The responsibility of our logistics partners  to deliver the large products is restricted to the ground floor or maximum first floor of the building.

 

  • For the safety of the goods during the transit and unpredictable and multiple handling at times, we secure most of the goods with wooden crates. We understand that these crates make the packaging bulky, however they are absolutely necessary for securing the product. These crates may  cause some inconvenience to the customer but are unavoidable. The customer should open the goods themselves or with the help of a local carpenter or a professional and inspect the same. Any defect or damage must be reported to the delivery person and to the DF customer care immediately by the customer. The description of defect / damage should be mentioned on the Challan/ Proof of Delivery (POD). Please note that the Delivery Personnel are not obliged or authorized to open the furniture or packages. Please note that their duty is to deliver the goods to the customer and they are not directly employed with Dreamzz Furniture.  You are requested to cooperate with them and not force them to open the crates, packages etc.

 

  • Furniture that is refused because it does not fit through an entryway will be customer’s responsibility as we encourage to study the sizes mentioned on the product page carefully and see if the furniture you order fits into your entryway and rooms. We will not be responsible if the furniture does not fit/ pass through the entry way/ stairway etc. Please note that any failed delivery due to any such refusal or unavailability and any subsequent attempts to deliver the goods will be charged extra by Dreamzz Furniture or the Logistics partner. We also request you to give correct address and phone no. details at the time of placing the order. If you are planning to travel and will be unavailable on the contact number, please inform us in advance so that we can plan the shipping and delivery as per your convenience

Incase customer has forgotten his password and is not able to login in his account?

Customer has to only click on ‘Login & Registration’ which is mentioned on the top of the page. This will open the page where customer will find ‘Lost your password’ below on right side. Customer only has to enter his registered email id and complete instruction to change password will be sent on their registered email id.

How can customer change their account password?

Customer only have to login to their account and below Account name they will find option to change their password by entering current password and the new password.

Refund?

Refund is not applicable for customized products because they are made as per customer requirements.

Razorpay

Razorpay EMI facility is available for 9 Banks Credit Card?

Kotak Mahindra Bank, HDFC Bank, AXIS Bank, Induslnd Bank, RBL Bank, ICICI Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, Yes Bank & American Express. The current bank EMI facility is for 3, 6, 9,12months instalments but some banks provide EMI for 18 & 24Months instalments.

The minimum order to avail EMI is Rs.3000/-. Incase customer opts for EMI facility there is no processing fee charged by Dreamzz Furniture.

The Bank charges annual interest rates according to the reducing monthly balance. In the monthly reducing cycle, the principal is reduced with every EMI and the interest is calculated on the balance outstanding.

CC Avenue

CC Avenue EMI Offer is currently valid for EMIs having a tenure of 3 months, 6 months 9 months & 12 months The EMI Offer is by selected banks only, as given below will have no cost EMI and same are highlighted in blue colour on landing pages of the product being purchased.

Managing Order.

Customer’s order is Returned to Origin (RTO). What does RTO mean?

Incase customers shipment is reflecting as RTO (Returned to Origin) under the following situation:

  • May be delivery is attempted more than once but product could not be delivered due to impropriate address or customer not available on the given address.
  • Due to wrong pin code or incomplete address courier team might not be able to find the address.
  • Might be customer or someone else at the delivery address refused to receive the delivery.

Under these situation, our customer support team will call you on the updated mobile number and email you on registered email id. In case there customer don’t respond to email and customer updated number is not reachable or there is no response, then the products will be shipped back to origin.

What is payment gateway?

A payment gateway is an e-commerce application service provider that enables the various payment options for a marketplace such as Dreamzz Furniture. A payment gateway is typically the gateway between Dreamzz Furniture and a bank, and through this gateway you are able to make your payment.

All transactions are processed through secure bank servers, which are PCI DSS- II compliant thereby, providing the highest level of security while processing your online payments.

Will customer get complete refund if he cancel or return the order?

Once the order is confirmed customer can cancel the order within 24hrs. After 24hrs the order won’t be cancelled.

Order cancellation will include deduction of Payment Gateway Processing and Service Charges of 2% on the paid amount for transaction.

Example:

  • If customer places his order today he can cancel his order within 24hours by forwarding an email on wecare@dreamzzfurniture.com or by calling on our customer support (090 – 29097978). Dreamzz Furniture will accept the cancellation because the order was cancelled within the given timelines. Customer will get his refund with amount deduction of Payment Gateway Processing and Service Charge of 2% on the amount paid while transaction.
  • If customer places his order today and wants to cancel his order but fails to send cancellation email within 24hours on wecare@dreamzzfurniture.com or by calling on our customer support (090 – 29097978) the order will not be cancelled and will be processed accordingly.

Do Dreamzz Furniture save customer Credit Card details?

Dreamzz Furniture doesn’t collect or save your Credit Card details. Your transaction has permit at many points, first by the payment gateway and eventually by payment merchant (Visa / Master Card etc…) directly without any information passing through us.

Will customer be asked for his Credit Card details, Account details or password through email or phone?

No, Dreamzz Furniture will never ask for your Credit Card details, Account Details or Password through email or phone.

What does Card Verification Number (CVV) on customer Credit Card mean?

The Security Code or the Card Verification Number (CVV) is main protection factor accepted by credit cards companies in sequence to diminish the chance of Internet Fraud. The Customer Verification Number (CVV) will not appear on your sales bill or billing statement which will only be available on your Credit Card. Customer has to enter Card Verification Number (CVV) at the time of transaction only to verify Card Ownership.

Customer Verification Number (CVV) on various cards is placed on different location on the card:

  • Customer should note that on Visa / Master Card / Diner’s / Discover Card the 3 digit Customer Verification Number (CVV) will be mentioned behind their Credit Card within the signature field.
  • If customer is using American Express Credit Card the Customer Verification Number (CVV) will be of 4 digit mentioned on the right hand side of the Credit Card above card number.

What does 3D secure password mean?

The 3D secure password is accomplished by VISA and MasterCard in collaboration with card supplying banks under the ‘Verified by VISA’ (VBV) and ‘MasterCard Secure Code’ (MSC) services, respectively.

The 3D secure password, which is generated by you, is known only to you. This guard that only you can use your card for online purchases. On 3D secure page, you may also choose to receive a One Time Password (OTP) on your registered mobile number and use it for that transaction.

In India, it is compulsory to register your card with 3D Secure before making any online transaction with the card. To register your card, visit your card provided bank’s website.

Under which name will customer purchase be charged on the credit card statement?

Customer’s purchase will be charged on ‘Dreamzz Furniture’ Name.

What are the EMI payment option on Dreamzz Furniture?

If customer cancel or return the product purchased through EMI, Dreamzz Furniture will return the complete amount to the customer. Customer will have to check with the relevant bank/issuer on how a cancellation, refund or pre-closure could determine the EMI terms, and what interest charges would be raised on you for the same.

How can a customer arrange a carpenter appointment with Dreamzz Furniture?

Customer don’t have to arrange carpenter. While customer places order with Dreamzz Furniture they are informed about the installation. The amount of products are mentioned with installation so customer don’t have to pay extra for assembly once receiving the product.

How can a customer come to know if the product needs a carpenter for assembly?

While placing order or once order is placed the customer is informed if the product needs assembly. Once the product is dispatched tracking details are shared with customer through mail and he/she even gets a call from our customer care and are informed if the assembly is required for the product. The product will be assembled once the product is delivered. The customer don’t need to pay to carpenter for assembly.

How will the customer know about carpenter visit?

Once product is delivered customer will get a call from our customer support department to book a carpenter for the assembly of the product within 24hrs. Customer will also get mail in which carpenter name and contact details will mentioned. Customer name and contact details will also be shared with the carpenter for easy communication.

Suppose customer area is not serviceable by Dreamzz Furniture?

If customer’s area is in not serviceable by Dreamzz Furniture so the customer has to pay for the assembly and later he will get the reimbursement from Dreamzz Furniture.
